APL Tripod
The APL Tripod is an aluminium lightweight multi-user tripod designed for man riding, fall arrest and rescue and comes with three quick fit brackets.
The APL Tripod is intended to be used for the lifting and lowering of equipment and personnel or as an anchor point for fall arrest for the prevention of falls. For personnel protection the tripod must be used in conjunction with certified fall arrest equipment.
The APL Tripod complies with EN 795: 2012 (Type B) for attachment of 1 user and with CEN/TS 16415: 2013 (Type B) for the protection of up to 6 persons simultaneously.
The APL Tripod has multiple adjustment points and has a fully extended height of 2.56m making it ideal for many applications.
The APL Tripod can also be used for lifting goods to a maximum capacity of 500kg but this should never be done whilst people are in suspension.

T3 / RT3 Dual Man Riding Tripod
The T3 is a perfect tripod to attach two men to and be able to fit a secondary back up to a purpose made connection point. The T3 actually has three winch dedicated roller points and brackets can be fitted to all three of the legs making it incredibly versatile in confined spaces and for rescue.
The tripod, though, is only rated for two men but allows for secondary backups of fall arrest blocks using either bracket mounts or any of the three location eyes at the head of the tripod.
Weighing only 19.4kgs without brackets means it is possible to be carried by one person.
The RT3 rescue tripod has the same versatility as the T03, but has increased base of up to 2.0m and at 2.6 metres high enables a stretcher to be lifted clear of the entrance in an emergency.
