TR2000 Safety Helmet
The TR2000 safety helmet is perfect for all confined space applications. Its close fitting design means that it does not cause obstruction when space is at a premium.
The TR2000 is EN 397 and EN 50365 meaning it can be used for low voltage electrical installation as well.
With vents as part of the design it ensures air circulation whilst giving a comfortable fit. The suspension lining incorporates a 4 point harness with chin strap and quick adjustment back cradle.
The TR2000 offers many useful accessories from integrated visors to head torch clips and offers a choice of 3 colours, red, blue and white.

FOX Safety Helmet
The FOX safety helmet is recommended for mountaineering, maintenance and rescue operations and is certified to EN 12492:2012.
It has a thermoformed inner shell with a four point harness, ratchet headband (head circumferences from 52 to 61cm) and adjustable chinstrap. The exterior shell is polypropylene and has 10 ventilation slots for comfort.
The FOX safety helmet has slots for visor fitting, small hooks for headlamp fitment and side slots for hearing protection fitment.
It is available in four colours: black, white, red and orange.

V-Gard H1 Safety Helmet
The V-Gard H1 safety helmet is a low-profile design with a replaceable 4-point chinstrap (Trivent EN12492 compliant, Bivent and Novent EN379 compliant) with multiple adjustment points. They are fitted with a pivot ratchet suspension for comfort, adjustability and range of motion (52-64 cm head circumference).
The shell is polyethylene (HDPE) with a UV inhibitor and they are fitted with a non-contact polystyrene foam liner, a sweatband with sweat-wicking fabric and breathable foam that can be quickly replaced as it has a velcro attachment.
The V-Gard H1 safety helmet has a non-vented option for use in electrical applications where Class E certification is required and vented versions for increased air flow and cooling. There are nine pearlized matte colour options available as standard.
There is a push button accessory attachment rail which enables quick installation and removal of visors or spectacles and universal head lamp attachment points.
The V-Gard H1 safety helmet also has a rescue whistle conveniently integrated into the chin strap buckle.

V-Gard 950 Non-Vented Protective Cap
The V-Gard 950 non-vented protective cap is a low-profile safety helmet an integrated face shield certified for protection against arc flash, chemical splash, ultra-violet radiation or molten metal splash.
The shell is ABS which offers lateral deformation protection. It has a six point ratchet suspension with an easy grip knob for easy adjustment even with gloves on. There are three levels of nape height adjustment for fit and comfort. There is a large sweatband which is extra large and washable and a comfort pad in the low sitting nape strap.
The helmet has an anti-static assembly and is certified electrostatic-INERIS for use in ATEX/explosive environments. They are also electrically insulating meeting EN 397 440 V AC and EN 50365 1000 V AC
The V-Gard 950 vented protective cap is available in different colours and can be optionally supplied with retro-reflective stickers. Please contact us for a quotation for colours other than that shown below.
