Ash Safety is proud of the fact that it is a fully authorised service centre for a vast array of manufacturers. We have technicians who all carry the latest certification from those manufacturers for whom we are authorised, combined with all of the functionality testing equipment required; to ensure that your product is returned to you operating as the manufacturer intended it.

Our workshops track each stage of equipment that we have received from receipt until dispatch, all equipment that requires repairs or parts are quoted prior to commencement so the cost is the price you expect.

We also carry out work under warranty for which the manufacturer may have issued a recall, getting your equipment serviced by a fully authorised service agent is crucial, to help with this we have listed a table which gives clear information for the companies that we are fully authorised to carry out servicing for.

Should you send us an item that we are not the service agent for; we will firstly inform you and then ask for instructions. We can have any item serviced for you but will only use accredited service agents, in many cases these may only be the manufacturers themselves. We will not compromise on your safety; Ash Safety values your custom but more importantly your lives.
