Height Safety

When working at height a risk assessment is vital for any aspect of fall protection. Having all the equipment on site and having a fall which lands you on an object, or leaves you hanging in the wind may only add to, or increase the chances of injury or death.

Particular care should be taken when calculating your fall distance using lanyards as they have a fixed drop that you can fall unlike fall arrest blocks which will activate immediately and limit the distance that you can travel.

You should also ensure that the product you select conforms to the EN designation standard for all forms of height safety.

If you need any help selecting the correct equipment or require a course on Height Safety please give us a call on 01404 43000 / 01404 44007.
