The Yale SHA Mustang Range offers thick, pressed steel gear and hand wheel covers which are resistant to external shock and able to work under extreme and arduous conditions. Fully enclosed self-activating load brake with large asbestos-free friction discs for a long, trouble free life. Durable, heat-treated, compact and convenient hooks that swivel 360 degrees. Top and bottom hooks are drop-forged and are fracture-resistant. When overloaded they will open gradually as a safety indicator, rather than reaching ultimate breaking strength and dropping the load, possibly causing injury or death. Double pawl mechanism for reliable fail-safe braking. Yale forged safety latches are fitted to top and bottom hooks and will withstand at least 30 percent side loading. Load chain guide mechanism and chain stripper to facilitate smooth movement and trouble-free operation. Chain stopper to prevent failure due to excessive lowering. World-renowned ultra-strong electroplated load chain to resist wear and corrosion.

Available with overload prevention device in the form of a slip clutch, as optional extra. Ideal for tough mining conditions and heavy industrial use.

Yale 92 Series Plate Clamps

The 92 Series plate Clamps are primarily used for transporting sheet metal and steel plates in a vertical position, as well as allowing for rotation through 180 º . The jaws on the 92-500 use a positive sprung loaded can where as the larger units have a locking lever.

Items to be lifted must have a hardness level of less than HRC 30/Brinell 300

ASH Cadmium Plated Shear Legs

The Ash Cadmium Plated Shear Legs are designed to accept goods lifting chainblocks, man riding winches like Rollgliss and Didsbury or any other unit that can be located to an eyebolt.

The Shear Legs features high level supporting struts so as to ensure that the leg bracing does not impede the access to the confined space. The tripod is rated for goods lifting to 500 kgs and weighing only 20 kgs is one of the lightest 500 kg rated Shear Legs available.

All Camlok Shear Legs

Camlok Shear Legs are available in varying safe weight lifts and heights, from 500 kgs to 5000 kgs. They can also be manufactured as split leg design, meaning that the legs can be taken in half to make them easier to transport.

These units are normally quoted on an individual basis, so the units shown are what we have available in the hire fleet and those that we have supplied previously.

Camlok 1 ton Gantry

Gantries are an ideal way to span a large entry hole or pit, if used in conjunction with a beam trolley they offer a mobile lifting point across the usable width of the lifting beam. Gantries also have roller wheels so that your load can be moved after being hoisted, ideal if you need to lower a pump or any item that needs to be worked upon for maintenance.

The model detailed, if hired, comes complete with the beam trolley and has a width of 3 metres and a height of 2 metres

Hydrajaws Mobile Anchor Tester

The Hydrajaw model 2000 tester is designed for testing all types of fixings and system anchor points.

The mechanical screw acts through a hydraulic load cell which then displays the reading on the dial gauge.

The unit can test any anchor up to 20 Kn maximum, providing that it can be sat over the anchor to give a direct pull.

The clearance between the puller legs is 130mm and has a working height of 65mm with total clearance height of 110mm, this height though can be increased using packers
